You have two options in this situation: either your WinRAR application is outdated or the file you downloaded is corrupted or damaged. Try updating to the most recent version of WinRAR and trying to extract the rar file again; if that doesn’t work, your only option is “REDOWNLOAD.” This issue cannot be resolved in any other way.
